FFOUNDERS

  • Founders are the subjects that participate to the articles of the Foundation.

  • The Founders can require their contributions to be employed for specific initiatives that are of the Foundation’s interest to be implemented in a specific territory or sector.

HHONORARY FOUNDERS

  • The status of Honorary Founders can be granted to natural or legal persons, either public or private, that haven’t participated to the articles of the Foundation but share its goals and can support its heritage with contributions, either financial or in kind, not lower than those periodically established by the Foundation’s Management Board. The decision is taken by the Management Board during its first possible meeting upon request of the interested party.

  • The Honorary Founders can require their contributions to be employed for specific initiatives that are of the Foundation’s interest to be implemented in a specific territory or sector.

IINSTITUTIONAL MEMBERS

  • The status of Institutional Member can be granted to natural or legal persons, either public or private, that share the Foundations’s goals and can support its heritage on an annual or multi-annual basis, providing contributions, either financial or in kind, according to the Management Board’s provisions. The decision is taken by the Management Board during its first possible meeting upon request of the interested party.

  • The status of Institutional Member lasts during a period to be established by the Management Board during its deliberations.

  • The Institutional Members can require their contributions to be employed for specific initiatives that are of the Foundation’s interest to be implemented in a specific territory or sector.

PPARTICIPANTS

  • The status of Participants can be granted to natural or legal persons, either public or private, that share the Foundations’s goals and can support its heritage in a non-continuous way, with a contribution not lower than that established by the Foundation’s Management Board and with services and activities, even professional, of particular importance. The decision is taken by the Management Board during its first possible meeting upon request of the interested party.

  • The Management Board can settle by regulations the possible division of the Participants according to the contribution, the purpose and the parameter to establish the duration of the status.

  • The Participants can require their contributions to be employed for specific initiatives that are of the Foundation’s interest to be implemented in a specific territory or sector.

CCONTRIBUTORS

  • The status of Contributor can be granted to natural or legal persons, either public or private, that share the Foundations’s goals and either support or promote its activities, contributing to its purposes in ways not involving its heritage.

  • The decision is taken by the Management Board during its first possible meeting upon request of the interested party.
