Summer School 2022

14th GREEN CHEMISTRY POSTGRADUATE SUMMER SCHOOL

VENICE, 3rd– 8th JULY 2022

Organization of In-person/Virtual (on site and online) Postgraduate Summer School has just started!

The School consists of 5 lecture days. The aim of the School is to disseminate good, advanced and basic chemical sciences and scientific know-how for students’ future professional careers. Please visit the webpage about the programme of the previous 2021 edition to which the 2022 event will be inspired to.

Green Chemistry Summer School 2022

We had the great pleasure to welcomed many young scientists in  14th Postgraduate Summer School on Green Chemistry 2022. This 2022 Edition of the Summer School followed the previous one held online (2020) and hybrid format (2021) as a result of COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, we will do our best to hold the 2022 edition live and online as well. You may already know about previous 13 successful editions of the Summer School, in particular the one took place in Palazzo Ducale in St. Mark’s Square in Venice.

Main topics:

  • Benign synthesis routes
  • Green catalysis
  • Green chemistry for energy
  • Alternative solvents
  • Renewable and green raw materials
  • Clean processes
  • Education in Green Chemistry

The event was attended by 60 in-person students and 100 online students, for a total of more than 160 participants coming from 45 countries around the world and from all continents.

All speakers who attended the Summer School days emphasized the desire to make the event permanent at the international level.
